Trimmers

Trimmers are useful for inaccessible places, heads, eyes and ears etc and are significantly smaller and less powerful than full size clippers. A trimmer will not do the job of a full size clipper and should be seen as complimentary. The significantly quieter operation can make a trimmer useful for nervous animals. The Thrive 8000 is an example of a very versatile machine that is rechargeable but will also run off mains power, so you can keep on working. Inexpensive plastic combs are convenient for leaving longer hair where necessary and can be fitted to many of the trimmers.
